Fees:
RentaCoder charges coders up to 15% as fee on the profit from work and questions. Fee is reduced for one-on-one auctions and bonus/immediate payments.

RentACoder has excellent escrow and arbitration service--you don't start a job until the buyer's money is placed into an escrow account, freeing you from the problem of getting 'stiffed'.

There's no minimum bid, so don't be surprised to find a bid as low as $3 with a commission of equal value which means you'd earn nothing for the project.
