ProScript Documentation Services is seeking a part-time transcriptionist to join our operations team. We are specifically seeking someone who can work Monday through Friday 4 hours per day in our corporate office located in Clearwater, Florida. This is an hourly position with a very competitive wage and could turn into a full-time position for the right candidate. Position is immediate. You must possess 5+ years of acute care transcription experience. Customer service experience is a plus. We are seeking a dynamic person with advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, medications, and laboratory values. Ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictation styles. Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames. Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. Ability to adapt to a new platform quickly and excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. To apply, please send your

Seeking transcriptionists (IC) with at least five years experience to cover psychiatric hospital account. The positions are for overflow help – both weekdays/nights and weekends, at least two weekends a month. I am a small service with long term accounts. I’m looking for independent self-starters with ESL experience to join our talented team. Reports consist primarily of H&Ps, PNs and PES with turnaround times of 18-48 hours. Equipment/software needed: Bytescribe WAV pedal, Microsoft Word, ftp software, medical spell checker and line counting software. It will also be necessary to purchase the Bytescribe Docshuttle program within the next 60 days once we implement this. A free trial is available at www.bytescribe.com. Rate of payment will be 6 cents on a gross line which is the equivalent of 8.5 cents on a 65 character line.
