higher shift differential available. The following is a brief synopsis of
our benefits and compensation plans for Full-Time Medical Transcriptionists
with Precyse Solutions for 2010.
Paid Time Off and Paid Training.
We have a 401k plan.
Our pay periods are bi-weekly every other Friday and we have direct deposit.
Our medical benefit coverage is with United Healthcare. Benefits begin the
1st of the month following 90 days of service.
We have three very affordable dental options to choose from and two vision
plans. We have Medical and Day Care Flexible Spending accounts. We provide
life insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased as well as spouse life
insurance.
Short Term and Long Term Disability are optional. Our line rate is based
upon Shift Differentials, Years of Experience, Production Rate and CMT.
There are pay premiums for certain accounts.
Our production bonus is $50 per pay period if the MT produces 12,000 lines
or more in that bi-weekly time period.
