Job Description: At Saince we are experiencing trailblazing growth. We are looking for both full-time and part-time transcriptionists with acute care experience. Minimum Requirements for Employment: You must have a minimum of 3 years current and verifiable experience transcribing acute care dictations. You must be willing to work at least one weekend per month and some holidays. Please do not respond if you do not meet our minimum experience expectations. Pay Plan: Compensation is based on whether the work is transcribed or edited. You are expected to both transcribe and edit reports. Initially the work will be 100 percent traditional transcription but gradually it will become a 60-40 split with 60 percent being voice recognition work to be edited and 40 percent being work to be transcribed in the traditional manner. All work is paid on a 65-character visual black character (VBC) line basis. Our line rates are highly competitive and the transcription platform we use
gives you the ability to see how many lines you have transcribed and how many you have edited per day, per week, and per month. Benefits: All of our transcriptionists can expect a responsive support team who are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
